Green Season (01 April to 31 October)
*No vancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival in writing.
*One night cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival in writing.
*2 night cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival in writing.

High Season and Peak Season (01 November until 30 April)
*No vancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival in writing.
*One night cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival in writing.
*2 night cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival in writing.
*Cancellation charge equal to the full stay if the booking is cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival in writing

No-show & Early Check Out: will be charge at full amount of the perior booked.
