Cancellation & No-show Policy: The Tours Operator(s)/Agent(s) as indicated must notify the resort of any cancellations or reductions of room reservation at earliest possible, and in no cases later that specified hereunder or be subject to the following
Cancellation penalties. Green Season (01 May to 31 October) *No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival in writing. *One night cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival in writing. *2 nights cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival in writing
High Season and Peak Season (1 November until 30 April) *No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival in writing. *One night cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival in writing. *2 nights cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival in writing. *Cancellation charge equal to the full stay if the booking is cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival in writing
No-show: Will be charged at full amount of the period booked.
Early Check-out & No-show: Guest who early check-out prior to the end of their reservation will be subject to a minimum of one night’s room charge up to a maximum of the entire contract rate for the remaining reservation period. No-show the agent agrees to allow the Hotel to charge at full amount of the total room charge for stay of the period booked.
